Vyshhorod had a large wooden luge track, built in Soviet times on Fedotova Hill above the Kyiv Reservoir as a training base for lugers. Lilia Ludan, who raced at four Olympics, trained here. After the Soviet collapse the luge school shut and the complex closed. Accounts differ on when the track burned: about six months later in one telling, a few years later in the district administration's. Its steel frame is still on the hill.
- An amateur film dated 1986–87 by its maker shows the track whole in winter, with a big banked curve and floodlight masts above the frozen reservoir.

Today
A steel skeleton with scraps of wooden decking runs from the hilltop almost to the shore, overgrown. The VyshHora ski slopes beside it closed in 2020, and the hill is now an informal viewpoint over the reservoir.
