Playtest signup privacy

Last updated 30 October 2026

What we collect

When you join the Slidensa playtest list, we store your email address, the time you consented, the signup source, and whether the availability notification has been exported or sent. If you are invited to play, we also store a hash of your one-time password setup invitation, a salted password verifier, and login sessions so you can access the private build. We record basic playtest activity: game opens, run starts, finishes, crashes, abandonments, and each run's track, sled, mode, time, distance, slips, and knocks.

Why we collect it

We use the waitlist information to tell you when Slidensa is ready to play. If invited, we use your account information to restrict access to the playtest, keep you signed in, and understand how the game plays. We do not use the list for newsletters or routine marketing, and we do not sell it.

Storage and protection

Signup and invited playtest access records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical request information under Cloudflare’s privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion at any time, and we will delete your email address and related playtest access records.
